Exceptional
The location of the hotel is exceptional! It’s right above Hanshin Hankyu line and close to bus stops. Sannomiya is in the heart of Kobe so you can get to everywhere easily from the station. The hotel check in entrance is on 17th floor so the rooms all above which means you get some really nice views of Kobe from check in to your room. There’s also an observation deck on 29th floor. The staff there are very professional and polite. The hotel has all your toiletry needs and also offers complimentary care packs every night for guests.

Love the strategic location and also the comfy bed.
Size of the room is a bit compact, but it was all fully furnished and wish they have family bedroom.
